I've worked in the movie business/service industry for about 12 years. For the last 5 of those years, I've worked in a department known as "Craft Services". I'm kind of like an on-set waitress in a way. I make sure the cast and crew have an array of snacks and refreshments that they can pick from for the duration of a shoot. I set up a table of things that include - prepackaged snacks, fresh fruit, homemade handhelds, grab 'n' go goodies, and a coffee/tea station. Since doing this, as long as I have - I've grown into a love and appreciation for the art of displaying food. A movie set can be ironically not so glamorous, and with PIKISH I feel that I could really carve out something extra special and make it exactly that, GLAMOROUS!

An edible gift for - birthdays, holidays, office meetings, dinner parties, girls' night, gifts for teachers or your boss, or something for the workplace to enjoy! Boxes can accommodate 2 to 10 people. They can be themed, tailored and customized to order! Garnished with herbs and tied up in a ribbon.
THE BRUNCH GRAZE
Everything Graze - but make it brunch! A beautiful spread for a mid-day event. This graze table includes bagels, pastries, breads, cream cheese, fresh and dried fruit, berries, fresh and pickled veggies, cured meats, artisan cheeses, parfaits and nuts. Table is garnished with herbs, greenery and flowers.

Both Graze Table options regularly come displayed in a traditional graze manner. The display is arranged on food safe parchment/butcher paper, laid flat on your table of choice and everything on the table is completely disposable, making the end of your party or event, a simple clean up.
